How can I track my parcel?
Once your parcel has left our Fulfillment Center, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your parcel movements.
Can you ship my order to a business address?
Yes, you can write your business address in your order details if it’s more convenient to you.
Can you ship my order to a PO Box address?
Yes, you can select delivery to a PO Box if it’s more convenient to you.
Can you ship my order to APO or FPO military addresses?
Yes, we ship anywhere in the United States, and to all US territories and military APO/FPO addresses.
What happens to my parcel if it is delivered while I’m not there?
Depending on the destination and the package size, your parcel will be left in your mailbox or on your porch, or it may be left with a neighbour.
How to search for products?
Simply type the product name in the Search Bar at the top of any page. Try to enter a general description. The more words you use, the less products you will get on the results page. When you find a product you’re interested in, simply click on its name or image for more details.
Do I need to create an account to place an order?
It’s not a must: you can place your order even if you don’t have an account or aren’t logged in..
How do I place an order?
On the product page with the item you like, select the color or other product variation (if there are any) that you like the most, and click on the Add to Cart button.
As soon as you’ve added everything you wanted to your cart, click on the Proceed to Checkout button.
You will see the list of items you’re ordering, and will be able to remove, add, or edit anything if necessary.
Make sure your shipping details are filled in correctly, and click on the Complete Order button. Finally, select the payment method that’s most convenient to you, and check out.

My husband and I are very tech savvy. We are always looking for new devices to make our lives easier. We bought one for my computer because we are currently using it as a tv doing the tiny living, and this thing is really nice. We have a few different keyboards but it was a hassle to keep getting up and move things around to go change the show on Netflix, so we would use a normal mouse but we had to get up to use the keyboard to search anything. Well this solves all of our problems in one go!

I love this. I wasn't sure if it would work with an LG TV but it turns out that it will work with any smart TV with a USB port in the back. It makes using Netflix and trying to search for a show a lot easier. The touch pad is pretty cool. Seems to work with almost everything on my TV including home screen navigation between Netflix, Amazon Prime Movies, Hulu, etc. I have no idea how long a charge lasts but I'm on three days of use with a full charge.

I have a 2nd computer set up mainly for media. I just got this little remote keyboard yesterday, charged it overnight, and connected it this morning. Super easy. It's a dinky little thing but it works great so far. It's responsive, the instructions on using the mousepad are clear and they work exactly as described. I don't need a full sized keyboard for this computer. This one works and when not in use, it's not taking up a lot of space.

I absolutely love this keyboard. I use my laptop to stream to my tv (via HDMI cord) and having to get up to use the keyboard or use the mouse to use the onscreen keyboard was always a hassle. This keyboard combo makes it easy to navigate web pages, netflix, facebook, etc. without having to switch devices.

Bought this as a replacement/upgrade and it performs much better than my old one. The battery life is extremely good and the keys are holding up and have a good feel. The touchpad is sensitive enough without being too touchy. I would recommend!

I find this keyboard much better than others. The scrolling is precise and the design is more sensible. The battery life is exceptional. There is no major learning curve. I use this on an android box and it is way better than my other keyboard.

The only "con" is due to its small size, when the device goes to sleep it can be difficult to find it in a dark room. However, once you do, it comes out of sleep mode very quickly. There is no difficulty in say grabbing it suddenly to pause a movie.

Great small keyboard... BUT it is very sensitive to the touch. You will literally barely touch a letter and it just zooms so many of them, you spend more time erasing than typing.

The only reason I couldn't give 5 stars was because it occasionally struggles with connectivity some, and will lag momentarily. I would give it 4,5 stars if I could though.

The touchpad isn't great, so it's not as easy to navigate with as I'd like.
