How can I track my parcel?
Once your parcel has left our Fulfillment Center, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your parcel movements.
Can you ship my order to a business address?
Yes, you can write your business address in your order details if it’s more convenient to you.
Can you ship my order to a PO Box address?
Yes, you can select delivery to a PO Box if it’s more convenient to you.
Can you ship my order to APO or FPO military addresses?
Yes, we ship anywhere in the United States, and to all US territories and military APO/FPO addresses.
What happens to my parcel if it is delivered while I’m not there?
Depending on the destination and the package size, your parcel will be left in your mailbox or on your porch, or it may be left with a neighbour.
How to search for products?
Simply type the product name in the Search Bar at the top of any page. Try to enter a general description. The more words you use, the less products you will get on the results page. When you find a product you’re interested in, simply click on its name or image for more details.
Do I need to create an account to place an order?
It’s not a must: you can place your order even if you don’t have an account or aren’t logged in..
How do I place an order?
On the product page with the item you like, select the color or other product variation (if there are any) that you like the most, and click on the Add to Cart button.
As soon as you’ve added everything you wanted to your cart, click on the Proceed to Checkout button.
You will see the list of items you’re ordering, and will be able to remove, add, or edit anything if necessary.
Make sure your shipping details are filled in correctly, and click on the Complete Order button. Finally, select the payment method that’s most convenient to you, and check out.

Yes, if your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you can do this within 12 hours of placing it..

Outstanding!! I have used the much more expensive mango butter from a big store competitor and there is no comparison, THIS IS BETTER!! Great consistency. Not greasy but still a heavy cream/butter. Wonderful scent too! I bought two different scents and Both are amazing.

I didn't expect this to moisturize as well as it did and was pleasantly surprised. It works great on my dry hands and feet! The nice smell that lasts a long time is just another bonus to this great product. Oh, and the price is unbelievably affordable - can't go wrong with this one. I will be buying more for sure, thank you!!

It arrived quickly & intact. I live in the desert, 17% humidity, so I need a thick lotion for extremely dry skin. This is thick, but not greasy. It smells of summer fun, but not overpoweringly strong. I’m leaving it next my bed where I put a generous amount on my hands, feet, arms & legs. It’s very soothing, and I wake up with soft skin.

I really love this body butter! It has a cute label, name and the quality of the product is awesome! This is nice and thick but it glides on smoothly... like (body) butter ;). The scent is so appealing, too! It’s a sweet candy-like scent but not too strong... I don’t feel like a walking cotton candy. Lol. I’ve been using this for about a week and I can tell the difference in my skin; smoother and noticeably moisturized! I find myself reaching for this after a bath and before bed. I used this after the Bella and Bear foaming scrub and it’s amazing! I would definitely buy more from this company!

I'm SO glad I found this body butter - I have insanely dry skin and just about everything I try never really helps. But Bella and Bear body butter has been doing wonders for my skin! I've used some of their other products before and I've had no complaints, but this stuff blows those out of the water. My skin stays hydrated for longer than I'm used to. Also it has a powerful, flowery sent which can be overpowering at first but it actually makes sense because if it weren't so strong, it would be imperceptible on my skin after using it. So many other body wash/body butter products have a scent that dissipates or doesn't carry after use, that there's no point in even using them. Overall, I'm super happy with the Love Flutter Body Butter (as I expected to be!) and I fully expect to make a habit of buying more Bella and Bear stuff in the future!
